Nova Kiama Hotel & Accommodation and Nova Kombi Coffee Van: First 3 Months in Review
Reflection time! It’s been nearly three months since we’ve opened our doors and it’s been one helluva ride! We’ve welcomed numerous guests to our property, hosted functions and our Nova Kombi Coffee Van has made more delicious cups of coffee than we can count.
What our guests say…
Because we love and take great pride in what we do, we have fully embraced our guests’ feedback over the past months. We have introduced the option to order a breakfast baskets including assorted toasts with condiments (butter, small jam jars, mini Nutella), individual fruit yoghurt, house made granola and mango + coconut bread. Further to guest feedback we have also added more amenities into the bathroom {hello shower caps!}, installed additional bedside tables and ordered new comfy lounge chairs to go into our rooms.
We are lucky to receive a great variety of guests. From people holidaying in the region to business travellers in town for a conference. This hotel is beautifully appointed, clean well designed .The pool was great and the staff were fantastic, happy to accommodate and very friendly!! Family Travellers
Jody F: “What a hotel! Great location, beautiful layout and very helpful and friendly staff. Came here with my family. We were staying in 4 different bedrooms, including one with a kitchenette, which was great and it has all you need, including tea, coffee, milk and got chocolate. The florist is beautiful and has a wide range of products. And don’t forget to grab a coffee from the kombi shop!”
Terry M: “A new hotel so we expected it to be bright and shiny and was not disappointed. Our grandkids loved the pool, we loved the covey and cakes in the foyer. Location is excellent with cafes and restaurants within walking distance. All in all a pleasant experience and we will be back.”

Vacation Travellers
Andre Ng: “Highly recommended! Great location – there are plenty of shops and restaurants. The Kiama blowhole is very close by! Love the room – Beautiful, cosy, right and light with sunlight seeping through the translucent curtain , brightening up the room. Also very clean, along with the awesome big flat screen TV which we were looking for as we wanted to watch the Australian Open live on TV. There is also a pool, it was fun swimming even though it was quite small. The hotel staff was lovely too. Love the part where you don’t have to put the “Do not disturb” sign outside the door, you just press that button or the “Please clean room” button inside the room, next to the door. If we are staying in Kiama again the next time, we will definitely stay at Nova Kiama!”
